We'll start by getting a clearer understanding of how you show up, how you communicate and how you work with others.
Your DISC assessment will be provided separately by Reanette.

Group Coaching
Bring your real-world leadership challenges into the room.
These sessions are designed for conversation, reflection, challenge and practical progress.

Mastermind Sessions
Three extended sessions give us the space to go deeper.
These aren't your usual one-hour sessions. You'll have three hours to explore ideas, work through challenges and learn from the collective experience of the cohort.

Wrap + Open Q&A
We'll bring the programme together, reflect on the journey and create space for your remaining questions.

1:1 Coaching Session
Get personalized support focused on you.
You'll have one private 1:1 coaching session with Reanette to work through a specific challenge, gain clarity on your next steps, and apply what you're learning to your real-world role.
